Placing an order

To buy an item already in stock simply go to the product details and click the 'add to basket' button. Your chosen product is now in the shopping basket.  

If you want to commission an item please contact me directly on the Contact  page for more information and to discuss details.  

Secure payment is available online via Paypal or Create Payments by credit card.  If you prefer to pay by cheque please note orders will only be despatched once cheques have cleared.  Please make cheques payable to 'Naomi Drapkin'.



I aim to dispatch goods in stock within 24 hours of the order being placed.  If an in stock order is placed on a Friday after 11am it will not be despatched until the following Monday.  

If a greeting card is made to order I aim to complete the order within 3 working days and despatch it on the third day.  If this is not possible I will contact you with up to date delivery times.  For greeting cards made to order placed on a Friday after 11am the item will not be despatched until the following Wednesday.  

Commission or bespoke jewelley items will take longer to make as the design will need to agreed upon first.  Also this depends on whether jewellery making items need to be bought in.  Estimated delivery times will be discussed as part of the ordering process.

All items are sent using Royal Mail first class delivery.  If you require guaranteed next day delivery or have special delivery requirements (e.g. items sending to different address), then please contact me directly on the Contact  page to find out delivery charges.

Unwanted goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return the goods together with the receipt in the same condition that they were received in. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage and packing.  Once goods have been posted the returns policy applies.  

Please note earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. 

I recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns as I cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. If the product is not in fully saleable condition, I reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Damaged Goods:

Although every effort is made to make sure you receive your goods intact, I appreciate accidents can occur.  Please let me know if goods arrive damaged or if there are any other problems within three days of receipt.  If possible please take a photo of the damaged item and send me an email so that I can arrange for a replacement (if possible) or a refund promptly.

Minimum Order:

There is no minimum order.

Postage and Packaging Charges:

For orders to UK weighing under 10g postage is free.  For orders to UK weighing under 900g (roughly 2lbs) postage a is flat rate of £3.50.  This price includes packaging costs.

For orders to UK above 901g are charged a flat rate of £6.50.  This price also includes packaging costs.

The sterling silver findings I use are marked '925'. This is not a recognised hallmark however this is permitted as the requirements of Hallmarking Act 1973 because the findings weigh less than 7.78g.  Please be reassured that the sterling silver findings I use are sourced from reputable suppliers.
