Yesterday I was pleased to be part of the Topsy Turvy Teaparty held in Leeds to raise money for Neshama the mental health wing of the Leeds Jewish Welfare Board. This is a superb charity which helps the Leeds Jewish community at large in a professional and caring manner.

There was so much going on at the Topsy Turvy Teaparty including a fantastic Wonderland for the kids (I saw quite a few little ones running around with painted faces, including a spiderman and several butterfly girls!), plus there was live music, amazing cakes baked to highlight mental health problems in a light hearted way.
Now where did I come in? The gift and produce stalls of course! Stones Dacre Scissors was just one of the stalls inside the main hall. There were other craft wares, plants, excellent homemade jam and more.
I met a lot of lovely people and had such a nice time. I think the organisers deserve a gold medal each for their efforts in putting on such a successful and fun day.
Now which was my favourite cake? You will have to scroll down to find out!
My own humble stall in all its glory
The semi precious jewellery collection
The glass bead selection
The Mitzvahs & Marrows plant stall
A couple of the splendid cakes
Two more cakes to peruse
My favourite - the brain cake! It looks like a big pink walnut to me ;)
